Can I fly without my phone?
Yes!
You will miss out on features like the live image transmission, but for those who want to get straight up in the air, fly around, film, drop and auto-return home safely, you do not need to link your phone.
Please note however your phone will be required if any pre-flight calibration is required.
We have made it super quick and easy to link your phone (just plug it in!), which enhances your Aeroo experience!
Can I fly in remote areas with no phone reception?
Yes!
You can use all of Aeroo's features from anywhere in the world.
The GPS on Aeroo Pro uses the GNSS system, which covers the entire earth. Aeroo Pro uses our revolutionary Wavesync transmission system, which is an ultra strong signal for video and control, completely internal, between the drone and your phone.
All this means you can fly Aeroo Pro anywhere in the world.
What is the range?
The maximum flight distance for the drone and live image transmission is 10,000m.
Ensure you maintain a line of sight and keep the antennas pointed towards the drone.
How fast can it go?
For our speed freaks out there, the Aeroo Pro has a top speed of 72kph.
How long does the battery last?
It depends!
Without a payload, you can get 45 minutes per battery. This time significantly reduces the heavier a payload you carry.
If you are using the Aeroo Pro for fishing, we strongly recommend having a few batteries on hand for a good day out.
Is the Aeroo Pro waterproof?
Unfortunately, the Aeroo Pro is not fully waterproof and we do not recommend flying in the rain.
Aeroo Pro's internals are protected with a hydro-electric coating, making it corrosion resistant. Our designers have spent countless hours designing low-tolerance, sealed mechanics to minimize the impact of rain and sea spray.
On top of this, we have multiple fail-safe systems like intelligent return to home, vision positioning and warning indicators, to ensure you don't end up in the drink!
How do I use the Aeroo Pro for Drone Fishing?
The easiest Fishing Drone to fly is the Aeroo Pro.
Turn it on, hook your bait in and fly out.

How do I connect my phone?

How do I perform a firmware update
From time to time, we will release firmware updates to improve the drone. You will automatically be prompted in the App when an update is available, these take about 5-20 minutes.
How to I get my footage off the drone?
To record footage, you will need to insert a Micro-SD Card (sold separately) into the drone. Footage will record onto this card directly.
To view:
- Use the Gallery function in the app to view and save videos to your device.
- Plug the drone's Micro-SD Card into your computer or device, to view all footage.
